Air Conditioning
We went over to CHC Tech during lunch to compare the different air conditioning units. A/C will be installed in our house tomorrow. We're going to get a Lennox AC13 with 5 years warranty on coils and 10 years warranty on compressor. We didn't opt for the more expensive unit that'll qualify us for tax benefit because we're not planning on living in this house forever.
A/C is a seasonal business. Price will go up 5% on April 1st. We'd like to save some money by purchasing it now.
It's going to take two workers 6 hours to put an A/C unit in our yard. They'll have to level off the ground, lay the pad and sit the unit on it before they connect all the wires and coils.
It's a lot of fun to have a house. We have to learn so much and every time we decide to do something, it costs thousands of dollars.
